Outstanding guidance and support provided by Joel Leahman

Joel Leaman, of The Schreiner Group came recommended by a friend. From the very first meeting we knew we had selected an experienced and professional realtor." These were the words I used a few years ago in posting a public review of Joel and his team. They are still true today. Recently I contacted Joel for counsel in looking for a rancher investment property. Joel provided a link that automatically notified me when a home was hitting the market. We were able to save valuable time in narrowing our search. Joel's experience with investment properties was helpful knowledge as together we decided which property would be a good fit. Having complete trust that your realtor has your best interest in mind, and not just trying to make a buck, gives you peace and security during the process. Also on the team is Jamie. Every time we buy or sell a house or property, we use the Shreiner Group due to their knowledge of the real estate market, efficiency, professionalism, their communication and their friendly nature. Their availability and responsiveness makes the process that depends on being timely go so smoothly.
